Reminder to watch RTE, this Friday, May 21st to see the PEOPLE IN NEED TELETHON where there will be footage from the fabulous day at Broadmeadows Equestrian Centre on May 3rd where we saw some great showjumping from the Amateur Riders and the Senior Professional riders culminating in the great Puissance Challenge between Lt. Shane Carey and Dan Walsh.

Following is a Press Release from Sharon Mulvey has asked me to use her release to thank all the fabulous people and companies who supported the show.

"On the third of May in Broadmeadows Equestrian Centre kindly donated for the day by Brian Duff.

There was an Equestrian Extravaganza held all day long. This was in aid of charity for People in Need.

There were many disciplines at the event and a lot of fun for all.

There was show jumping with a very exciting puissance display by Lt. Shane Carey and Dan Walsh.
There were western riders, side saddle display and a fantastic dressage display by Heike and Gisela Holstein who will be representing Ireland in Athens Olympic Games 2004.

There was also the Cob Society present with some lovely example of cobs and also some beautiful Fallabella's on display.

Outside there were fantastic showings of carriage driving with agility tests from horses and ponies in the different types of carriages.

For the kiddies there were pony rides also present were our other four legged friends from the Irish dog kennel society with a display of dog agility classes.
