December 204 will long be remembered as one of the most difficult for so many - with the Tsunami disaster affecting so many people throughout the world and a death toll which has already reached numbers which are beyond comprehension.

For the Taylor family from Berrys Creek Pony Club it is a month which saw a truck accident which left one of Katy Taylor's horses dead, another still struggling to survive and a third horse looking better but with at least a 12 month recovery ahead.

Thanks to the kindness of so many in the horse world there have been fundraising efforts all around the country and I know the Taylors are so grateful for the support they have received from the equestrian community.

The Taranto Family from Berrys Creek Pony Club phoned the jumpingaround.com Aussie office today and asked that we publicise the fundraisng dinner they have organised.

It will be a great night and they are hoping to get people from all over the place which will make for a great night out and a way to bring in the new year in such a positive way - by helping others in our equestrian community.

The following comes direct from the Taranto family and we hope that many of you will be able to attend the evening which promises to be a lot of fun.

The Berrys Creek Pony Club are running a Wine Dinner as a Fundraiser for the Taylors. The Taylors will be there and we are hoping a large portion of the showjumping world will attend. The night is to be held at the Rainbow Palace Chinese Restaurant in Main Street Korumburra half way up on the left hand side coming from Melbourne. The cost is $35.00 a head including wine (which has been donated by well known wine expert Greg Tabner & member of BCPC) he promises classy wines and a fantastic meal on Wednesday 12th January, 2005 at 7pm.

Please get behind this night as $15.00 a head will be donated to the Taylor Fund. Bookings essential by 7th January, 2005 to Leanne or Kevin Taranto (just leave a message if we are out) on 56623 610.

Make sure you book in plenty of time and have a great evening to all attending.
