The program for the Australian National Championships was well constructed and gave good classes for all riders and ensured that the Junior and Young Riders had great build up classes as there were for the Seniors as well.

It was also excellent to see so many classes for young horses - as much as the Junior and Young Riders are our future so are the young horses.

Left: Michelle Barrerra, based in NSW, competes for the Phillipines seen here with Will looking very neat.
Above right: Kristy Bruhn, one of South Australia's most competitive Young Riders competes all over Austraia with her super team of horses. Kristy's dad, Ricki is the President of the Mount Gambier Showjumping Club.
Right: Angus Williams, recently moved to NSW from Victoria seen here on Gemridge Ice Comet - this is not an easy horse and Angus does a great job.

Pictured left: the lad who gets the award for growing the most over 12 months - Leigh Shera-Jones is now incredibly tall and dwarfs big horses.

Below: Mick McLean and Princely Guy showing great style. Mick is one of the Taddy McLean clan who populate much of South Australian showjumping, in the nicest possible way!
