To ensure that the Victoria Branch of the Equestrian Federation of Australia is not left without a "captain steering the ship" the election of a new State Branch President has occurred very quickly after the retirement of Mr Reg Cleland at last Tuesday's Branch meeting.

State President Elected
Ms Clare Lewin has been elected to the position of State Branch President of the Equestrian Federation of Australia.
Ms Lewin was elected onto the Branch committee in 1991, appointed to the Executive Committee in 1995 and has served as a Branch Vice-President since 1998.
Ms Lewin is also a member of the Branch Disciplinary Committee, the Branch Eventing Discipline Committee, the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme management committee, the Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre Board of Management and the Melbourne International Three Day Event organising committee
